At Heritage House was established in 2013, primarily for our clients wanting to overnight while enjoying the various safaris on offer. This combination of both safaris and accommodation offers you tremendous value for money without any hidden costs nor commissions.

Heritage Tours & Safaris was established in 2003 and since has grown into the largest privately owned safari company in the area. To date the company operates numerous concessions in and around St Lucia and Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park. The company comprises of 9 Open Game Drive Safari Vehicles, Transfer vehicles and has also partnered with Shoreline Safaris.
Should you be overnighting At Heritage House then why not join us on one of our numerous Safari outings departing daily from the Guesthouse. This Full-Day Big 5 safari takes place within the oldest proclaimed game reserve in Africa, the Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park. Departing directly from At Heritage House at 05:00 am.
This is an Open Game Drive Safari with an experienced and knowledgeable game ranger with numerous years of expertise within the park. You are guaranteed of a window seat and with ample space to move around never again will you miss a wildlife sighting.

Departing directly from At Heritage House at 05:00 am, once you have returned after an eventful morning in the game reserve join the Shoreline Hippo Vessels on a 2 Hr Boat Cruise along the St Lucia Estuary as you get up close to Hippos.

5. 2Hr Hippo Boat Cruise on the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park Estuary
This 2 Hour long journey takes you up the Estuary one of the largest in Africa. Home to an astonishing 800 Hippos, 1200 Nile Crocodiles and an abundance of Birdlife. Our Vessels are smaller and more exclusive with a total amount of 15 passengers per outing.

6. 3Hr Night Drive iSimangaliso Wetlands Park Estuary
